In addition to our exclusive collection of jewelry, Pure Love offers an array of services including:

Custom Designs
If you want to stand apart from the rest of the crowd - no matter what the occasion may be - wear a custom design by Pure Love. Each custom design project consists of a comprehensive consultation where measurements are taken and detailed mock-ups are drawn. Fee is dependent upon cost of materials, complexity of design, and time of labor. Please note that the estimated cost of materials must be paid entirely up front. Pearl Bridal Packages

We design custom jewelry for you and the bridal party. Your wish our command - whether, you would like to design jewelry for yourself to wear during the big day or you simply want to gift your bridesmaids with personalized jewelry. As in custom designs each bridal package consists of a comprehensive consultation where measurements are taken and detailed mock-ups are drawn. Fee is dependent upon cost of materials, complexity of design, and time of labor.      

Little Miss Perfect Parties
Pure Love hosts jewelry making parties for young girls 6-16 years old. Little Miss Perfect Parties will teach young girls the basics to making jewelry. Contact me for pricing and details.  

Pure Hearts of Harvest Initiative
Similar to Little Miss Perfect Parties, Pure Love hosts jewelry making workshops for young girls 6-16 years old. These workshops  are only available to non-profit organizations. Contact me for more details.   

RETURN POLICY
We do not typically offer refunds or exchanges; however, we strive for happy customers. If you find yourself unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase you may return it - within 7 days of receiving your package - for store credit only. Returned items must be in new condition.  Once your return is processed you will receive a Pure Love credit via e-mail. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items.  

REPAIR POLICY
We will repair any Pure Love piece for FREE within 6 months of it's purchase; more than 6 months, the item(s) are subject to a repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.  

PRODUCT CARE
Each piece of Pure Love jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. To extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions it is recommended that: After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box.
