Nina Ricci's Spring and Summer 2012 collections are out and their fabulous; both have a Parisian and ladylike vibe.
However, Ricci's summer collection is specifically designed by Peter Copping with the Russian artist Zina de Plagny in mind; Copping entitled his summer collection, "Zina," after the Russian artist who apparently influenced him with her incredible floral prints.
The collection is full of "high waisted floral print pencil skirts with boxy little jackets, flared skirts, tops done in guipire lace, and dainty cardigans;" (Chernikoff, September, 30, 2011) however, the one item that stuck out to me in Ricci's collections were the sunglasses - yes, the sunglasses or as the french say it "les lunettes de soleil." I must get me a pair!
In love with theses sunnies! Those black and white are amazing. And the necklaces are look so intricate!
